BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
This large home has plenty of space for the entire family or a pair of couples. The bedrooms are situated on two different levels to afford guests a sense of privacy.
The first bedroom is located on the main level just off the common space and features a cozy queen-size bed, a fireplace, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. This room also has access to a private balcony with an outdoor living area, complete with plenty of seating and a tabletop fire pit.
You’ll find the second large bedroom on the lower level, complete with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. There is an additional seating area and two fun arcade games situated just outside the bedroom. The second full bathroom is also located on this level.
KITCHEN + LOUNGE
The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the basics you’ll need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Head to the coffee station to get your morning intake of caffeine, then step out onto the deck and soak up the beautiful view. You can enjoy meals together at the kitchen counter, or in the dining area located off of the kitchen. Note that there is a gas grill located on the balcony that guests can use as well
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a full day of outdoor adventures. There are two sofas here, and one pulls out into an extra bed for additional guests. You can flip on your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV, or simply relax as you listen to the crackle of the fireplace.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The two large decks make it easy to reconnect with nature from the comfort of your own home. The upper-level deck features rocking chairs, a gas grill, and plenty of beautiful views across the Tennessee River and Raccoon Mountain in the distance.
The amazing views continue on the lower deck below. Here you’ll find porch swings, a charcoal grill, and a brand-new six-person hot tub. There are also string lights on this porch, so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air well into the evening.
River access is a down a steep concreted path. Newly installed rope assist in 2023. Also installed BRAND NEW dock in 2023!!
GUEST ACCESS
The home has a smart locking system and security cameras on the premises, to ensure your safety and comfort. Parking on the premises is free and is available to multiple cars.
